Return & Refund Policy

At Labyrinth, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of Lycopodium powder, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at productions@ labyrinthcircus.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used Lycopodium powder.

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

• Products purchased on clearance or sale.
